PSYCHOTHERAPY
In traditional outpatient psychotherapy, treatment usually takes place in weekly 50-minute sessions. This setting can be beneficial for many people.
However, for certain psychological stresses – especially trauma, anxiety disorders and high-functioning depression – it is not always the most effective structure.
Therefore, I consciously work with two other therapeutic formats:
Short-term therapy and intensive therapy.
Both enable more focused, structured and often more efficient therapeutic work.
I currently offer the following psychotherapy formats:
Short-term therapy means a time-limited therapeutic format with a clearly defined number of sessions over several weeks or months.

PSYCHOTHERAPY FORMAT 1:
SHORT-TERM THERAPY
EMDR/IFS
Short-term therapy refers to a time-limited therapeutic format with a clearly defined number of sessions over several weeks or months.

A highly focused therapeutic format that condenses trauma-focused psychotherapy into a clearly defined period of time.
