Sexual energy is so much more than what we typically associate with sexuality. Your sexual energy is your life force, your compass for pleasure and enjoyment. And one of the ways to be able to love yourself unconditionally.

This workshop is all about you. It's about using your body to access your self-love and, above all, your autonomy, your power, and your ability to set boundaries.
