What is it: Coaching for people on the path to growth who want to change disruptive patterns and are willing to clean up inside and out.

What it's about:
We develop strategies for your goals - but above all I dive into the world of biographical influences and blockages with you. Because strategies are worth nothing if you can't implement them at the behavioral level. What blocks us is less the lack of knowledge - but that we cannot implement our knowledge on the nervous system level. The special thing about my coaching offer is that I have equal access to the world of psychotherapy and the world of coaching. This is what makes my work so effective.

Duration:Without an initial assessment, it is difficult to give precise information about the duration of the coaching. However, most coachees report making a big step towards their goals after 12 to 24 hours.

Packages: 12 or 24 sessions bookable. Session of 75 minutes: 202.50 euros. (excl. VAT)
