COACHING FORMAT 3:

INTENSIVE COACHING

For women who want to delve deep in a compact way and address their most pressing issues in a focused manner using this format.

Half and full days/several half and full days.

You want to work on something.

Not gradually, but all at once .

Then an intensive format might be right for you.

Intensive
Format 1

You have a clearly defined topic. We will look at this one topic and work on it in a focused, intensive format (half a day or a full day).

Many of my clients are high-achieving, reflective, and have already done a lot of work on themselves. Nevertheless, there are often points where they get stuck: recurring relationship patterns, decisions that feel stuck, or a vague feeling that their own life no longer quite aligns with their inner truth.

A full day allows for a different level of depth than traditional coaching sessions. Instead of starting anew each week, a cohesive process emerges in which we can truly understand and change the dynamics behind an issue.

The day typically includes:

  • precise clarification of the issue

  • Analysis of central internal patterns

  • Working with emotions and nervous system regulation

  • targeted change and integration work

Between intensive work phases, there are deliberate breaks so that new insights can not only be understood cognitively, but also integrated internally.

An intensive coaching session is particularly helpful for people who are not looking for long-term support, but rather a clear, in-depth process on a specific topic.

Intensive
Format 2

We explore several key topics together and work through them with focused depth in an intensive format (multiple half and/or full days).

Multiple days allow for a significantly more comprehensive process than a single coaching day. While a one-day intensive typically focuses on a specific issue, working over several days creates space for a deeper personal reorientation.

This format is particularly well-suited for people in transitional phases:

  • important life or relationship decisions

  • professional reorientation

  • feeling stuck in old inner roles

  • the desire to live more consciously and authentically.

Over the course of several days, we not only clarify individual questions but also understand the deeper patterns behind them: inner conflicts, unconscious loyalties, old self-images, or emotional protective strategies.

The process typically includes:

  • in-depth self-clarification and goal definition

  • working with emotional and physical responses

  • exploration of inner patterns and beliefs

  • developing new inner orientations and expanded agency

The continuity of time creates a framework in which insights can deepen step by step — without constantly jumping back into everyday life. Many people experience multi-day intensives as a kind of personal turning point: a phase of conscious self-reflection in which new clarity and direction can emerge.
