What it is: Coaching for people on the path to growth who want to change disruptive patterns and are ready to clean up inside and out.

 

What it's about:

We develop strategies for your goals - but above all, I delve into the world of biographical influences and blockages with you. Because strategies are worthless if you cannot implement them at a behavioral level. What blocks us is not so much the lack of knowledge - but the fact that we cannot implement our knowledge at a nervous system level. The special thing about my coaching offer is that I have equal access to the world of psychotherapy and the world of coaching. That is what makes my work so effective.

In all my coaching formats I work with EMDR.

 

Duration: Intensive days have also proven to be useful in coaching. I like to work for 3-5 hours at a time.

 

3-hour intensive: 486 euros
